Three free assessments are provided per email address. No payment is required for free tier access. Free assessments provide the same output quality as paid tiers; only the volume of assessments differs.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in CHF via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. You may upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time.
Assessment outputs do not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, or investment advice. The readiness scores and risk classifications are analytical assessments based on your profile inputs and AI analysis of regulatory frameworks. All platform content, methodologies, and assessment frameworks are proprietary to TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano. Assessment outputs generated by the platform may be used internally by subscribing organisations within the scope of their subscription tier.
TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding one (1) month. We are not liable for decisions made based on assessment outputs, for regulatory outcomes, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction is the courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
